On August 26, 2024, under the gentle morning light, the DSE Division of ISA Liwan in Liwan eagerly commenced its exciting New Student Orientation Week. This week serves not only as a heartfelt welcome to new members of the ISA Liwan family but also as a knowledge-filled feast that marks the beginning of their journey towards their dreams.
With confidence and enthusiasm, we lay the foundation for every DSE student to achieve an extraordinary life. Together with ISA Liwan DSE parents, we embark on a new chapter of an exciting high school journey.

Stepping into the Future Begins Here

今晨，DSE的莘莘学子与家长们带着对未来的憧憬，轻踏过爱莎学校的大门，步入这个充满活力与和谐的国际化多元文化社区。校园内错落着融萃岭南特色的现代教学建筑，处处散发着知识的芬芳。
在充满温馨和欢笑的注册现场，荔湾爱莎DSE学部老师们以全面细致的准备与体贴周到的服务，热情迎接每一位学子的到来，为他们的升学之路凿刻第一级阶梯。
On the morning of August 26, DSE students and their parents, filled with anticipation for the future, stepped lightly through the gates of ISA Liwan, entering this vibrant and harmonious international and multicultural community. The campus, with its modern teaching buildings that blend Lingnan characteristics, exudes the fragrance of knowledge at every corner.
At the warm and cheerful registration site, DSE Division teachers, with meticulous preparation and considerate service, welcomed each student, engraving the first step on their path to academic success.

启航号角，陈兆铿副校长领航未来
Sounding the Horn of Departure

开营仪式上，DSE学部陈兆铿副校长以饱满的热情上台致辞，从爱莎理念到DSE架构，为新生及家长描绘了未来成长的美好蓝图。他强调了爱莎“全人教育”的核心理念与“探究、成就、践行”的科学架构，介绍了爱莎独有的国际化多元社区环境，并详细阐述了新生衔接周的精心安排及完善的课程体系。
陈校长还介绍了DSE学部精英教师团队的强大阵容，让在场的每一位都感受到了爱莎教育的一流水准与匠心设计。
At the opening ceremony, Mr. Chan, the Vice Principal of the DSE Division, took the stage with great enthusiasm to deliver a speech. From the philosophy of ISA Liwan to the structure of the DSE program, he painted a beautiful blueprint of future growth for the new students and parents. He emphasized ISA’s core philosophy of “Holistic Education” and the scientific framework of “Inquiry, Achievement, Practice,” introduced the unique international and multicultural environment of ISA Liwan, and provided a detailed explanation of the meticulously arranged Orientation Week and the outstanding curriculum system.
Mr. Chan also shared the impressive lineup of the elite teaching team in the DSE Division, allowing everyone present to feel the high standards and excellence of ISA Liwan education.

破冰团建，家校共融
Harmonious School-Parent Integration

紧接着，班主任与科任老师引领各班的新生们进行了精彩的破冰团建活动。通过精心设计的丰富活动与主动热情的互相介绍，同学们迅速打破隔阂、彼此结识，教室中不断洋溢着欢乐的笑声。同时，爱莎为新生们准备了丰富多彩的CCA及ECA活动，鼓励他们在探索中发掘潜能、在学习中发展个性、夯实素养，实现全面发展。
人文心智关怀中心的老师也为家长们精心进行宣讲，加深家长对住宿管理情况的了解，促进家校沟通的融洽融合。家校携手，共同为孩子的健康成长保驾护航。
Following the ceremony, homeroom and subject teachers led the new students in each class through exciting ice-breaking and team-building activities. Through well-designed activities and active introductions, students quickly broke down barriers and got to know each other, filling the classrooms with joyful laughter. Meanwhile, ISA Liwan prepared a rich array of CCA and ECA activities for the new students, encouraging them to explore their potential, develop their personalities, and strengthen their skills through learning, aiming for well-rounded development.
At the same time, the teachers from the Student Support Center held an informative session for parents, aimed at deepening their understanding of dormitory management and fostering communication and integration between school and family, working together to safeguard the healthy growth of the students.
